mhmm monday

Do you ever tire of making the same thing over and over and over again? … yah, me too. So I decided to use the google on the internet machine and entered “bbq, ranch, chicken” into the search engine and this is one of many recipes that I found.

Ranch BBQ Chicken

Ingredients:

1 cup Orange Juice
2 cups cooked brown rice
1/4 cup Ranch Light Dressing
1/4 cup Barbecue Sauce
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, add the chicken and orange juice. Chill covered for 2 hours, turning once or twice.
In a small bowl, combine barbecue sauce and dressing and stir until smooth.
Arrange the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and discard any remaining marinade. Brush the chicken evenly with the sauce mixture.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the juices run clear.

Enjoy!

Blessings
