Today's mhmm is so simple and so, so delicious!

My daughter shared with me this super-easy way to cook roast beef. I had always made roast beef the traditional way, of placing the roast in the pan with onion & water, cooking it in the oven for 4 hours and then adding cut-up carrots and peeled potatoes, bake for another hour or so and ta-da dinner is ready…. but then she gave me this idea!

Pulled Beef {slow-cooker style}

Ingredients:
1 3-4lb beef roast {any kind}
225 ml BBQ sauce

Directions: 
Place roast beef into the insert of your slow cooker.
Pour BBQ sauce over roast.
Cook roast in slow cooker for 4 hours on High setting or 6-8 hours on Low.
Once roast beef has cooked, using two forks gently pull apart beef and set on warm for another hour.
