COWBOY CHOW

Ingredients:

14 ounces low-fat smoked sausages, cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup chunky salsa
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 {10oz} can whole kernel corn {I omit}
1 {15 ½ oz} can kidney beans
1 {53-oz} can pork and beans
½ cup chopped onion

Directions:
Place ingredients in the cooker and stir together. 
Cover and cook on low for 3 - 6 hours.
