Looking for quick and easy breakfast ideas?  These peanut butter and chocolate baked oatmeal muffins are perfect ~ because they are easy, and they are super filling!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Muffins
Ingredients:
4 cups old fashioned rolled oats 
1 teaspoon baking powder 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chip 
3 tablespoons peanut butter 
2 cups milk 
1 egg 
1 tablespoon sugar 

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. 
Place liners in a muffin tins. 
Mix oats, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips in a large bowl. 
In a small mixing bowl, whisk until combined peanut butter, milk, egg, and sugar. 
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir well to combine. 
Fill each muffin well. 
You may need to press down on the mixture a little to get the air pockets out. 
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown on the top. 
Remove to a cooling rack and cool completely.
