Birthday Boy

The birthday boy!!!

Darcy celebrated his "champagne" birthday on May 17. If you don't know what a champagne birthday is, it's when you celebrate your actual age on the date of your birthday. For example Darcy turned 17 on the 17th.

So, of course we had to buy him a bottle of champagne, which he shared with us all. We enjoyed an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen, WOW are they yummy!!

It's so hard to believe that my youngest is 17 already, where did the time go?

Darcy went about a week later to get his G1 license, so they are all drivers now. Since Krystle & Kyle both have their own cars it'll be easier for Darcy to get lots of practise. Since there'll be a vehicle around here for him.

Life's gotten pretty busy around here, like I am sure it has for a lot of people, with work, and keeping house and then add to that all the outside work.

So it's been hard to stay committed to blogging. Sorry to the faithful, when there hasn't been anything new.
